The person who accused him didn't want to pursue the case through the courts after many things going wrong ( leaking her name to the press, other personal details etc ).

The prosecutor decided not to continue after she refused to be part of the prosecution.

As an added note Chief Judge W. Terry Ruckriegle decided to allow the accused sexual activity 72 hours before the rape to be admissible ( against current rape shield laws designed to protect the victim ). It would have been hard to prove the case after this decision....
