What percentage of tickets for an event are TicketMaster allowed to sell in a "TicketMaster Members Pre-sale"?
On trying to buying tickets for an event I found the tickets sold out as soon as they went on sale to the general public. I was there pressing refresh. On Twitter it seems only a few got tickets to this event at the public sale. It seems most were sold in the pre-sale. Since the pre-sale requires becoming a TicketMaster member, giving away personal details and reading all the TicketMaster emails to know if a pre-sale is happening, I wondered to what extend they are using this.
