"This is Bruns’ second arrest on child porn charges. A leopard never changes his spots? Bruns was arrested in July 1999 when he was in college. Bruns was charged with possession of child porn. Bruns had 6000 images of child pornography material. Bruns pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 3 years probation."

I don't think he's been convicted/sentenced on the latest charge yet.
