If it is a private parking lot, then yes. Your property your rules. While I am not sure if it is a 'ticketable' offense, your vehicle could likely be towed at your own expense.

My answer is not based on a legal one, but my opinion.
I honestly don't think they should even ticket you considering Pregnancy is not a disability. That's like fat people using those electric wheelchairs at Wal-Mart. It's just not fair to those who really have disabilities, especially since you aren't in pain.
