Unfortunately it is legal for your employer to throw a guilt trip on you into not taking your vacation time but the vacation time is allocated to you by your employer so you are entitled to your vacation time no matter what he says! He is just using his freedom of speech and is probably a cheapscate and doesn,t want to pay since our economy has fallen so badly. Everyone deserves a vacation from there dedication and hard work ! Dont let him put this guilt trip on you! You earned your vacation yime and don't let him take it away!

Freedom of speech is legal in all states! Just because he is putting a guilt trip on you doesn,t make it illegal!
Thanks for your question, Kevinr74
