I have looked at various websites from wiki to drink responsible, but found mix results on the drinking age. some say 18 others 21. My answer is if by minor u mean under 18 dont drink. If by minor you mean 18 to 21 i would do it with caution remember its a foreign country( assuming your not from there of course) you dont want to strip to your undies have an awsome time find out its illegal and get thrown in jail.
