No it does not, and not only that if and when you get caught they will throw you under the bus. These are not the kind of people you want to hang out with, they are not that much different than criminals when it comes to that sort of thing, now if someone robs you and you have police friends you probably have a better chance of getting your stuff back or at least them investigating more thoroughly.
Nope it does not. Taking drugs with the president doesnt make it legal. Anyway its illegal. You probably will not be prosecuted though, unless its a sting operation which then could be considered entrapment.
