i am being railroaded by the pilesgrove court .. concerning building a house.. the building inspector allegies that i did not submit a septi
i had been granted as long as i wanted to build my house and obtain a occupancy permit.. the building inspector files false complaints occupying the house with out a permit.. not allowing inspections.. ignoring notices.. none of this is true.. i had a hearing and no hearing was conducted concernning those tickets.. now i am told i have been fined 4 thousand plus costs.. and i cant appeal becasue this was done in april ..i was there and no fines were imposed .or plea about those tickets.. i want to have a attourney.. then in a hearing in june i was told there were fines and the fines would be abated if i finished the house.. and i was to pay 100 a month for what ? i went on to finish the house and a arrest warrent was isseud for failing to pay fines... i am a person of color and the building inspector is a racist. i want to sue this man for theft by deception.. he told me the building permit as 700 dollars but on the slip he signed my name and the permit was 264 i signed complaints against this person . for numerous charges.. and i doubt if i will ever get to court.. the cort clerk said the judge would have to find probable cause.. and last time i filed a complainyt against a township official the judge sadi no probable cause and dismissed the complaints.. please help or advise william
