Are flood insurance policies full replacement policies?

will 100% of the cost my home structures damage be covered if i have a standard flood insurance

Probably not. Insurance policies come in two flavors--inclusive or exclusive. Inclusive policies cover everything EXCEPT what they intentionally explicitly omit--and as you can imagine, those are not the type of policies most insurance companies would like. By far the most policies are exclusive only cover what they state, and there they tend to remove or limit most of their liability.

Typically "Acts of God" get covered, but if full replacement is due to your own negligence, the insurance carrier may balk. Even then they will not cover your furniture, belongings, or anything else that was destroyed due to flood--that is a separate insurance.
