The right to bare arms is also protected in the Constitution. Taking away this right would infringe on the rights of hunters, home defenders, and target shooters, that own guns for perfectly legal reasons.

Gun control just leads to more stabbings. Murder rates have little to do with the weapons available. If you want someone dead, a rock works almost as well as a firearm. Don't be confused by homicide statistics that include police actions and suicides as part of the figure.

Gun control??? How about a little self control! How many times must you hear "guns dont kill people, people kill people" to understand that its not the guns fault!!! Why not just handover the keys to our homes, PIN's to our debit cards and anything else deemed important to anyone who would like to take advantage of an unarmed American. Not sure what direction you want to go with your "gun control", and it sucks innocent people die by the actions of some crackpot, but take away the right to protect yourself with a firearm and you'll really see innocent people die by the actions of some crackpots, crackheads, etc; etc. You get the drift?

I think they should sentence people who use guns in violent offenses to the military. At least they'd learn how to shot their target, and stop shooting innocent people. I know not the best answer :P
