Lease prices for airports (Sky Harbor, LAX, DIA, McCarran)

Well, I suppose I should start asking some questions rather than spending all of my time trying to answer them. I'll start out with this one.

What are the Leasing prices (preferably $$ per square foot) at these four airports/terminals.

Sky Harbor, Phoenix AZ - Terminal 4
Denver International Airport (DIA), Denver CO - Concourse C
Los Angeles International (LAX), Los Angeles, CA - Terminal 1
McCarran International Airport (LAS), Las Vegas, NV

Extra points for any additional information for profit sharing, min/max size, noise restrictions, any special considerations for kiosks and bidding requirements.

Also, I already know about the $10,000 bond requirement for Sky Harbor...anything additional to this article would be appreciated however.

Tip for best answer: M$20.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I'd guess that this kind of information won't be publicly available, instead would only be accessible by direct request to the airport operating authority.

I started looking for info on Sky Harbor but of course the info is buried in the government bureaucracy. But while I was searching, I ran across this. It might be helpful.
