Dell unveiled a prototype of the long rumored Dell Adamo on January 9th at CES 2009. The ultra-slim Adamo appears to be less than an inch thick and appears to feature a 13-inch screen. The prototype features three USB ports, an eSATA jack, and a small power adapter with removable plug. While there is no verified evidence, expected features include a 13-inch screen, a 250GB hard drive with a 500GB external drive, a Blu-ray combo drive, a DisplayPort connector, and an auto/air adapter for use in a car or during a flight. There is currently no release date or price, but the prototype on display at CES 2009 is evidently the first in a family of Dell Adamo devices.

There is no official word yet on the release date, but there is speculation that it will be sometime in February.
