What is the best netbook to install Windows 7 RC on?
I was thinking about grabbing a Dell Mini 9 and putting Windows 7 on it.

Hi,
I would advise you to get Asus Eee PC 1000HE. It has a 160 GB hard drive so enough to run Windows 7, a clock speed of 1.66 GHz and 1024 MB RAM.
It is known for its very large size (not too large but it is the largest Eee PC) and its very long battery life of around 9 hours+. It's screen is also beautiful for the amazing Windows 7 interface!
