There are certainly more quotes by Winston Churchill than about him, however I did find a quote by Lady Constance Lytton 1869 -1923. She was a suffragette from a wealthy family ( her grandfather was a politician and her father was a statesman )
She described Churchill as such:

That was the closest I have found to your question, I don't know if this was said as a retort to a witty remark of his, but most probably based on first hand knowledge of the man as they were contemporaries of the time.
