Know any journal articles that use a questionnaire to test on CSR and consumer responses?
I'm doing a final year (degree) paper on CSR from the consumer's perspective but I can't find any that includes a questionnaire I could adapt/use to test on consumer awareness, responses (buying behaviour, purchase intention), how CSR timing/commitment/cause etc. affects their responses.
So far I've been looking at works by Maignan, Creyer, Sen & Bhattacharya, Mohr & Webb, Brown & Dacin. Complicated questionnaires and experiments might be a little too much work for one researcher (me) to self-administer.
