just got back from the Centre Pompidou in Paris. What do you think of that building?

As a contrast to the historic buildings in downtown Paris, I would say it is ugly and utilitarian. It certainly is a creative work of utilitarianism however. I read that it cost $100,000,000 to build and came in under budget.
The exoskeleton structure would be difficult to clean due to its absence of flat surfaces.
