Just broke a whole bottle of olive oil on the floor...how does one clean that up when oil and water don't mix?

What you need to do is get a pan and heat up some dish soap such as Dawn, and add some water to the soap. Once the soap is heated, take a towel or wash cloth and absorb some of it on the towel or cloth and scrub away at the floor. When most of the olive oil has dissipated, then take a clean cloth and put hot water on it to rinse away the soap. Then wait for it to dry completely.
