Just asked a question for 1 dollar and showed up 2 times one with the dollar and one with no dollar

I have also had this happen, and I believe theh reason it happens is because the question actually goes live while you are funding the tip as a no-tip question so people can start viewing and possibly even answering it. Usually the second post goes away a few minutes after you post the tip.
