I think that the closing of Domino Magazine is not a sign of things to come, but more a sign of how things are right now. This latest magazine closing is indicative of the entire state of the magazine publishing industry right now as media companies (such as Conde Nast) start really evaluating whether their various properties are actually going to be profitable or not. The era of trying a lot of different things to see what works is behind us, i think, as more and more companies start judging their businesses solely on revenue.

No, I don't think so either. I think Conde Nast is going to be around for a long while.
