Intelligent publications on Music, Film, Books, and other Arts

I'm looking for both online and offline publications that i can read on a regular basis, informative news, reviews, and critiques on music, film, books and other arts, preferably that which strays from being overly 'commercial'.
any and all suggestions are most welcome (including podcasts, videos, etc) =]
