While the cause of death hasn't been released yet, he did have pnemonia late in 2008.

"Harvey stopped serving as full-time host of the show in 2008, following a bout with pneumonia and the death of his wife at 92."

Some interesting stuff I found while looking this up:
He was the first producer to be inducted to the Radio Hall of Fame
His wife passed away nine months before he did
He served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II
His radio show began in 1951!

It seems like we don't know yet.

"No cause of death was immediately available."
"No cause of death was immediately known."
"A cause of death is not known at this point."
"So far, no cause of death has been made available."

All we know is that he was taken to a hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, where he died.

He was 90 years old...
