Unfortunately, if you want to see them, your going to have to pay the price. Re-sellers and scalpers will only charge more. Your best chance to get them for less than 70 is to check kijiji and craigslist frequently for about a week before they play and see if you can get any good deals, but you have to act quick and even these might be more than 70 dollars.
If you can't afford 70, craigslist and kijiji will be your only way. If you NEED to see them, dish out the 70 bucks, it's likely the cheapest you will find them.
