What is the best comedy club in New York City?

I just got back from a comedy club and thought I would laugh more, or have more memorable jokes in mind. Out of the 6 comedians I saw, only 1 or 2 really were hilarious or did something worth laughing about. Can you come up with a ranking of the best comedy clubs in Manhattan? The other night I saw a comedian named James Smith and he was really funny... Are there more comedians like this on? Just wondering if you know any other comedians who really good like the video or can come up with the best place to see comedians in New York City. I'm not looking for a long list of comedy clubs, I'm looking for which comedy club is the best, or what makes it worth it to go there and laugh over all the other comedy hang outs. If you have any personal experiences visiting comedy clubs in New York City, that would be helpful as well.

Caroline's on Broadway is my #1 comedy spot when I fly into NY. There's a 2 drink minimum.

Yeah in the movie comedian Jerry Seinfeld spends a lot of time there trying out new material, and I've seen clips of Dave Chappelle trying new material there on one of his DVD's special features. A lot of famous comedians go there.
