First, make sure that you meet the requirements by checking NASA's Astronaut Requirements page.

Then, you read more about astronauts at HowStuffWorks.com - just because it's really cool to read about astronauts and NASA.

When you're officially qualified to be an astronaut, you head over to NASA's job page and grab the forms that you'll need in order to apply.
