Next Question
It's very important to be prepared - like a scout, only in this case preparation doesn't include a swiss army knife :p
You should always find out about the business - what do they do, what are their aims and what affiliations do they have; just a bit of background so that any questions they ask, you may be able to answer with a little bit of information about them as well, it shows you're interested.
Always have a question prepared for when they say at the end of the interview "do you have any questions". Although it's very likely they'll have answered everything you could possibly want to know, you still need to ask them a question.
Finally, be very confident! Not to the point where you just get on their nerves, but confidence portrays the ability to work on your own initiative and that's always a good thing ;)
