What does the portfolio of a social media director look like?

--Using as much discovery and attribution as possible, please show the elements someone could use as a portfolio for a social media director, who oversees, creates and implements an organization's social media service offerings.
--Please show examples from the Internet that you thought were good ways either you or someone else created and refined sales processes, won renewals, upsold, measured and reported on social-media campaigns.
--Consider being original in your answer.

I'm not sure you are approaching this question the right way.

If you are applying to a job as a "social media director" you should put together at least the following:

- A list of the campaigns you worked on
- The success rate of each campaign and how they were monitored
- The way you feel your work helped that success
- The way you feel a social media campaign is best implemented

If I was to hire someone with that skill set, I would like to see success stories and creativity. I think those are the two attributes you should have in order to create, implement and manage successful social media campaigns.
