After spending roughly 10 years in Denver, CO. (1998 - 2008)
I have seen a large increase in labor in Denver and Tech Center areas. The growth in population was also a constant.
In looking at the links listed below, it looks as if both the general population growth and tech labor pool have decreased recently from years past, but there are still more people moving to Denver than leaving.

Are more people moving into Denver seeking a high tech job or move people moving out of Denver?
