Becoming an actress is like becoming a writer in someways. You have to get the word out there about yourself: who, what, where, why, and when of yourself.
First requirement is talent (this is still in debate since we all have some actors who we think has none).
Second get an agent. Get your picture out there for them to see, check websites of acting agents and review trade magazines.
No matter how much training you have, what you look like, or how hard you try the best way to become an actor is audition audition audition.
