Do a job you love, so the work time won't drain you and you will have some fulfillment from your work. Use the Steven Covey 'First Things First' or Hyrum Smith's 'What Matter's Most' approach to life. If family and home are most important, you plan everything else around them.

Hyrum Smith and Steven Covey are co-founders of FranklinCovey. If you ever get a chance to attend a FranklinCovey seminar, take advantage of it.
