i love my job. i am a soccer ref. it is very fun. being a ref gives me exercise and keeps me in touch with my favorite sport, soccer. it also pays well. i hope to move up to higher level games and become a very good ref some day. after each game i look back and figure out what i could have done better and try to focus on improving during the next game i ref. i just love to ref.

well i recently started this job, but so far i have talked to some other refs to help me out, and i improved my reaction times for making calls and to decide on whether it is supposed to be a call or not.
