Yes I like the idea. My problem is that open schedules is not an option that the company I work for can offer. For example, if I had an open schedule I could go to work an hour later than usual, because I will take my kids to school. Right now I cannot and I have to pay someone else to do it. Of course, I will have to work Saturdays mornings to make up for that hour. But that is not a problem, because my husband can stay with my kids during that time.
In other words, not having an open schedule is costing me money.
