Yes, I do, on all counts. For nine years I've had an educational book business where I train others, and a large part of that, unexpectedly for both me and them, has been personal development. I have had two mentors and a life coach in this business, and I have grown a lot through interacting with them. I try to do the same for the people I'm responsible for.
I really enjoy it. It's so cool to see a timid little person go up against a Dragon Lady librarian and come away having helped her!
