I am not as flexible as I wish to be. I can learn new things quickly, yes. But I'm not terribly adaptable. I tend to want to analyze everything and mix in my value system before making a decision.

Certain things, though, I jump into pretty quickly. But I usually want to work out some kind of system to juggle everything I have to juggle, and that doesn't make me quickly adaptable--but maybe it works out better in the long run.
