I'm assuming you mean an unemployment extension, but you don't really give enough details to even begin to answer your question. Because of the lack of detail my only suggestion is to call your local unemployment office and discuss it with your case worker.

They will be able to tell you if you qualify for another extension, or what you need to do to do so.

In the event you are not eligible keep in mind there are other public assistance programs out there. You could apply for things such as food stamps, temporary assistance, WIC, etc. These programs will also require you take classes to help you find new employment in most cases, but this is to your benefit.
