Yes I'm loyal to my company. Yes I plan to work until retirement. I like my room and the building. I like my students. I also like my supervisors. In addition to that, I like that I always get my paycheck on time.

No. I just like what I do. I started working 16 years ago and I love what I do and where I am working right now. I also loved the place I worked at before this one, but I moved to another state and had to change jobs.

Most of the Millenium children are not loyal to a job. So, you fit the exception. Companies are moving to open scheduling to fit the contract like style of employment that the millenium children like.
