I have not been one; however, I have 2 friends who are/were. The big thing to remember is all you do is travel. One was in Texas and put 1000's of miles a week on a vehicle.
Con:
Your really never home. You kind of live out of your car. All you do is suck up all day long also.
Pro:
But you get to travel all be it in a relatively small area. Depending on the company a lot of your living expenses are covered, you can maintain a very cheap place to live as your not there often so you can usually(If your a good seller.) save up a great wad of cash and move on to some other job.
Both of them indicated the position has a fairly high turn over rate. People quickly are burned out.
Good Luck!
