That is a very tough thing to do. Not impossible but tough.
My advice is get connected. Connect with the people that know people within the business or that can lead you to those people. Using the internet there are a few options for you.
Join a writers forum like thishttp://www.mahalo.com/accentuate-writers-forum and get to know the people there. A lot of time they can lead you to others who might be able to help.
Search the internet for addresses and phone numbers of agents, editors, publishers, etc what deal with screenwriters. Talk to them, get to know them and show them what you have. You never know what might happen.
