James O'Keefe attempted to "punk" a CNN reporter and discredit the news network. Thoughts?

Attention w***es w***e for attention. Film at 11.
As for Breitbart's response: "I'm deeply sorry he got caught before I could put the film out." As with O'Keefe's other work, he'd happily have pretended not to know that the source was fraudulent. "Lie + retraction" is a much more effective way to get you looking (twice) than intellectual integrity, which tends to be kind of boring.
O'Keefe is probably perfectly content with the outcome. The stunt was too idiotic and obviously fraudulent to make a statement except to those people who already believed the worst of his target. Same as in the previous cases. So he's happy just to be getting his name out, setting up his next sham. There's no doubt in my mind that for all his fake outrage, Breitbart's door is still open the next time O'Keefe comes in with a heavily edited tape.

Well, I apologize to Mahalo's profanity filter. Wiktionary suggests "drama queen" as a possible synonym, but it really doesn't accurately portray the contempt that "attention of sex for money" does.
