Just find the order you want things and pin them all down. Everything.
Otherwise each area will move according to what people click on, and what you might want up at the top is now down at the bottom.

Wow, thanks for the pin tip! I figured that out, that things would move around if I didn't pin them down, but I didn't realize they moved based on what was clicked most often... perhaps that too could be a helpful tool too, to see what parts of the pages people really do look at.
