Its seems my "New Direct Questions!" wont ever go away. I have answered the question yet the icon still stands. Any reason for this?

Tip for best answer: M$0.30
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Probably an issue of refreshing.

I just comment on my answer with something like, "Stuck in the inbox. Just sending it along." That usually clears it. It'd be nice if it were fixed, though.

Respectfully,
Shin

EDIT: Per socalsue's answer, I was not aware that Lon had discussed this. I had discovered this some time ago.

Since others are aware of it, the reply could simply say "bump."

Yup... me too! I sent a message to the staff and never heard from them...

Not to sure what they are gonna do about it, I suggest they make a very simple but effective remove message button.

Just do another reply. I did that - I just typed "test" in the box, and submitted the reply, and they all went away.

Per Lon's instructions in today's broadcast, I was able to clear mine by posting a comment after each of my replies.
