The Bangles are still around, visit their latest news section on their official website (link below). For example in June 2009 they appeared on CNN in an interview with Shannon Cook and they also sang the US National Anthem at the LA Dodgers stadium.
Their last album was "Doll Revolution" from 2003, their 1st album for 15 years.
The Bangles also covered the Beatles hit "Good Day Sunshine" for the 2006 album All Together Now: Beatles Stuff for Kids of All Ages.
Nowadays The Bangles mainly attend interviews and perform occasional tracks with the odd concert here and there.
