It redIs the coupon for the Flip cmcoders on http://www.coupons2redeem.com/flip_video-coupons2redeem are usable? They do not give any codes.
The site redirects to the flip's website, and at the check out I am asked to enter the coupon code. How can I use the coupons available on the coupon websites to purchase?

With this kind of offer always look on the invoice, when it gives you the final price, before confirming your credit card information. If you change shipping method to a faster one you may lose free shipping.
