Cartoon Network doesn't have a main announcer but rather a bunch of different voice actors. Will Arnett said recently in an interview that "I also do a little bit of work for Cartoon Network". He's not the full time announcer, but he's probably doing more now that he's the voice of Ennis Hofftard on the new Fox cartoon 'Sit Down, Shut Up'
