Is Wikipedia really guilty of distributing child pornography?

Wow, very disgusting and disturbing if what is being said here is true. But it's FOX news, so I hesitate to take it at face value...
Anyone know more about this?

No.
I know the topic you are referencing. The Wikipedia founder who no longer is associated with the company is claiming that drawings are considered child pornography. While drawings of children being sexualized are reprehensible, it is not the same as read children being put in those situations.
The co-founder was making something out of nothing, because there are no actual images in the pedophilia entry, and the lolicon entry does not include any sexual images either. There are links included in these entries, but that is not Wikipedia "peddling child porn" These are citations, not Wikipedia dealing in illegal activity.
