However adultery may be broadly defined as a violation of a couple's sexual commitment to each other. Under that definition if the couple had agreed that neither of them would look at pornography, then the act could loosley be defined as adultury.
However the argument is really just semantics. Couples can define their relationship however they want, so the discussion of what is or is not permissible in a relationship is completely subject to what the couple wants from their relationship.
