Is using a humidifier good when you have the flu?
What will a humidifier do for me when I have influenza? Does a cool mist humidifier help soothe the airways? Do I need a hot mist humidifier? What is the difference?

Yes, a humidifier can be a big help for you when you have the flu. Dry air causes many problems like flu, itchy eyes, eczema and cold symptoms. A humidifier adds moisture to the air which will speed your recovery and prevent it from happening as often in the future.
