Is USC a part of The Academic Common Market,ACM?
My brother lives in Kentucky and his degree program is not offered at any of the Universities in Kentucky. It is however, offered at University of South Carolina. The counselor at school indicated that some states belong to something called The Academic Common Market, as known as ACM. That this is an agreement between some states in the South that will offer students out of state tuition waivers between states that do not offer the particular degree programs instate. Is USC located in a state that participates. If so, which degree programs there quality for the students from the other ACM states to attend at an instate tuition? Are there any special age or grade requirements?
