Take a look at this image... looks like R2-D2 made it on Star Trek. Is this picture real?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Yes, it is really R2-D2 on Star Trek, as confirmed by one of the movie's sequence supervisors at Industrial Light & Magic.

-quote-

"That's obviously him, a fact that has been confirmed to me by one of the movie's sequence supervisors at Industrial Light & Magic—the same guy who said this previous sighting was just the shuttle."

-end of quote-

I am not a photoshop scientist.

That looks real. ... but how could it be really?

All I know is a close inspection of this picture shows what looks like an exact representation of R2-D2
