Is this a real flower?

I saw this pretty orange flower at a coworker's desk in my office but it's fake. Is this based on a real flower? If so, what is it called?

It's very similar to many narcissus and daffodil varieties I've seen. Since there are so many varieties in every sort of flower, it might be hard to find the exact match, but I've added a couple photos for your consideration.

Good luck finding and growing a match that pleases you!

Looks real to me! However, there are a lot of silk flowers that are realistic looking.

Quite possibly. Fake flowers are often based on real flowers. However, it's impossible to say. Can you post a picture of it?
