According to the BBC report, the Procter & Gamble is recalling its 800,000 packs of Pringle potato chips snacks from Japan because of the genetically modified potatoes used for making those Pringle chips snacks that are not permitted by the country. I haven't heard of this news yet in the Philippines but I guess Japan is getting more conscious better than the US and Canada when it comes to screening food substances and ingredients. Needless to say why Japanese live longer... Whatever, countries should work hand in hand in order to promote the well-being of its citizens.
